Yaadly is a personal AI journaling service. You must be at least 13 years old to use it, and you are responsible for the account you create and the activity that happens under it.

Part one
Terms of Use
2. Your content stays yours
You own everything you write, speak or upload. By using Yaadly you allow us to process that content only to provide the service — transcribing, rewriting, summarising and retrieving your entries for you.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Yaadly to store or share unlawful content, to attempt to access other people's entries, or to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the service.
4. AI output
Yaadly rewrites and reflects your words using AI models. Output can be imperfect or incomplete and is not medical, legal, or mental-health advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a local professional or emergency service.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, pause or discontinue features to improve Yaadly. Where a change materially affects you, we will give reasonable notice through the app or by email.
6. Ending your use
You may delete your account at any time, which removes your entries from active systems. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
7. Liability
Yaadly is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of entries caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Part two
Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
Account details (name, email), your journal entries and voice recordings, and basic technical data such as device type and app usage needed to keep Yaadly running securely.
2. Why we process it
To transcribe and rewrite your entries, to build your personal memory timeline, to answer questions about your own past entries, and to secure and improve the service.
3. AI processing
Entries may be sent to trusted AI processing providers to generate transcripts, rewrites and summaries. We do not sell your entries and we do not use them to train public AI models.
4. Storage and security
Entries are stored encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to what is required to operate the service, and we keep audit controls on internal access.
5. Retention
We keep entries while your account is active. When you delete an entry or your account, it is removed from active systems and purged from backups within a limited retention window.
6. Your rights
You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time from your settings, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object or restrict processing.
7. Children
Yaadly is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
